Heat and storms continue through the weekend

A Flood Watch is in effect for Champaign County and surrounding portions of central Illinois through Sunday at 7pm. Portions of central Illinois are also under a Heat Advisory until Sunday at 7pm.

Tornado Watch for Central Illinois now-9pm

The National Weather Service in Lincoln and IPM meteorologist Andrew Pritchard are tracking the potential for severe thunderstorms, including high winds, large hail, and isolated tornadoes on Thursday.
