The National Weather Service in Central Illinois has issued a Tornado Watch for parts of Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. A tornado watch means weather conditions could quickly produce a tornado. In Central Illinois, the watch includes Vermilion, Champaign, Ford, Piatt, De Witt, Moultrie, Macon and Douglas Counties.
